Apart from teaching and general training, the Institute conducts seminars and workshops to impart special training to the students. Through these activities, the students come across the various development in the industry. Experienced journalists and eminent personalities such as Shri Rajeev Shukla, Shri Prabhu Chawala, Smt. Kiran Bedi, Shri. Sachin Pilot, etc have been invited as Guest Speakers so the student can be benefited with their expertise and experience. The institute has successfully competed five years since its inception in 2010. Every year declamation contest is conducted in which students from different states participated. The participation of students from Kerla, a far flung southern state, speaks volumes of the nationwide popularity of the Institute. The staff and the students celebrate collectively various occasions like Diwali, New Year, etc. The students have visited popular news Channels like India T.V., Live India,NDTV, Doorrdarshan and Loksabha channels etc.Delhi Doordarshan and Lok Sabha channel where the question asked by them were appreciated by experts.
